Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the agreement between Purestayz and its customers.
Roles of the Parties
- The Customer (property owner or letting agency) is the Data Controller.
- Purestayz acts as the Data Processor.
The Customer determines the purpose and means of processing guest data.
Purestayz processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer.
Nature of Processing
Purestayz processes guest data for the purpose of:
- delivering digital guidebooks
- sending guest information emails
- providing access instructions
- facilitating guest communications
Types of Personal Data
The personal data processed may include:
- guest name
- email address
- booking details
- arrival and departure dates
No sensitive personal data is intentionally processed.
Security Measures
Purestayz implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures including:
- controlled access to data
- secure infrastructure
- routine monitoring of platform access
Sub-processors
Purestayz may use trusted hosting providers and infrastructure services to operate the platform.
All sub-processors are required to maintain appropriate data protection safeguards.
Data Subject Rights
Purestayz will assist customers in responding to requests from individuals exercising their data protection rights where reasonably possible.
Data Deletion
Upon termination of service, personal data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
