These Terms govern the use of the Purestayz platform by property owners, letting agencies and other authorised users.
By using the Purestayz platform you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
Purestayz provides a digital guest guide and communication platform allowing property owners and letting agencies to manage and share information with guests staying at their properties.
Features may include:
- digital property guidebooks
- guest communication tools
- booking related notifications
- property information management
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- provide accurate property information
- ensure communications sent to guests are lawful
- ensure that guest data has been collected lawfully
- comply with applicable data protection laws
Users remain responsible for their relationship with guests.
Data Protection
Purestayz processes guest data solely for the purpose of providing its services.
Property owners and letting agencies remain the Data Controllers responsible for guest data collected through booking systems.
Purestayz acts as a Data Processor.
Availability of Service
Purestayz aims to provide a reliable platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Features may be updated, improved or modified over time.
Limitation of Liability
Purestayz shall not be liable for:
- loss of bookings
- guest disputes
- incorrect property information provided by users
- service interruptions beyond reasonable control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purestayz liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Purestayz may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or breach these Terms.
Users may cancel their use of the service at any time subject to any applicable subscription terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
