  • Property owners or letting agencies act as the Data Controller
  • Purestayz acts as a Data Processor

This means that Purestayz processes guest information only for the purpose of delivering services on behalf of the property owner or agency.


Guest Data We Process

Purestayz may process limited guest data required to deliver booking-related communications, including:

  • Guest name
  • Email address
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Property reference or booking reference

This information is used solely to provide guests with:

  • arrival instructions
  • property access information
  • digital guidebooks
  • important stay information

Purestayz does not process payment details.

Purestayz uses secure infrastructure and modern hosting environments designed to protect platform data and maintain service reliability.

For example, integrations with systems such as **SuperControl may allow booking data to be securely transferred so that guests automatically receive property information before arrival.

Only the minimum information required to provide the service is processed.


Responsible Guest Communications

Purestayz communications are designed to support guest stays and improve the guest experience.

Purestayz does not send marketing communications to guests unless specifically configured by the property owner in compliance with applicable laws.

Customers may request deletion of guest data where appropriate.
